SUNDERBANI, May 16: 2-day tournament in the disciplines of Volleyball, Kho-Kho and Kabaddi in the age groups of Under-17 years girls section held at Govt. Boys Higher Secondary School, concluded here today.
The tournament was held under the patronage of Navin Agarwal, Director General Youth Services and Sports, J&K.
Jaswant Singh, ZPEO, Sunderbani and RC Sharma, ZPEO Lower Hathal were present on the concluding ceremony.
In Kabaddi, Govt. Girls Higher Secondary, Sunderbani defeated High School Patrara by 5 points, while in Kho-Kho, High School, Kalideh defeated High School, Misiot by 2 points and In Volleyball Girls High School Siot defeated High School, Misiot by (2-1) sets.
Around 160 girl students drawn from 15 Schools of Sunderbani and Lower Hathal zones participated in the tournament.
