SS, DF to launch 72-hours bandh from next week

JAMMU, May 19: Shiv Sena (SS) with the support of all political outfits would launch 72 hours bandh starting from next week if the discrimination with Jammu is not stopped.
The workers of Dogra Front (DF) and Shiv Sena under the leadership of president Ashok Gupta took out a procession in Jammu City and burnt the effigies of the coalition Government against the shifting of AIIMS to Kashmir and shelving of artificial lake project in Jammu.
Gupta said that since inception of coalition Government, the discrimination with Jammu is increasing day by day. Every now and then anti-national in general and anti-Jammu statements in particular are given by the leadership who are voted for power, he stated.
The Party president said his party would launch an agitation to make sure that the people of Jammu get back their rights. “We will fight till the last drop of our blood. We are not against the setting up of AIIMS in Kashmir, but we will fight until Jammu also gets AIIMS.
Others present on the occasion were Suresh Chinotra, Prem, Tony, Raj, Raj Singh, Surinder, Roop, Prem Lal, Sudhir, Surjeet, Geeta, Sudesh and Abhishek.
