SRINAGAR:
Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed today approved the release of Rs 91.50 crore under Constituency Development Fund (CDF) for the current financial year in respect of 89 Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) and 33 Members of Legislative Council (MLCs).
Orders to this effect were issued by the Government here, an official spokesman said here this afternoon. The amount released, which is 50 per cent of the total entitlement of CDF, will be placed at the disposal of the concerned District Development Commissioners for execution and completion of developmental works, as identified by the MLA and MLC for the year 2015-16.
