SRINAGAR, May 28: Prof. Bhim Singh, chief patron, J&K National Panthers Party, called on N. N. Vohra, Governor, at Raj Bhavan here today.
During his meeting with the Governor, Prof Singh discussed various matters relating to empowerment of the people through early elections to urban local bodies and practical steps to operationalise rural self-governing bodies. Prof Singh also called for very early action to establish the Delimitation Commission.
