MENDHAR, May 29: First Class Magistrate (NT) Balakote Ishfaq Ahmed Fani today seized the record of a private school as they were running 9th and 10th classes illegally after having permission up to 8th class from the Education Department.
On the basis of public complaints, Tehsildar Mendhar directed Naib Tehsildar I A Fani to take cognizance of the matter. He during checking found that Gousia Academy Dhar Galoon had permission only up to 8th class while around 20 students were admitted to the 9th and 10 classes. He seized the record and forwarded to the Education authorities. The Administration has taken cognizance of the matter.
