Sir,
With announcement of the said Policy in the State, unprecedented criticism and objections started pouring in which symbolises the essence of democracy and the Right to speech.
It is only the premogative of human beings who speak in different voices according to their interests and needs. Those who are competitive enough are against this policy and those lacking to face the challenges of competitions are soft and silent. Thousands and thousands posts are lying vacant and those serving aren’t paid their salaries for months together. Keeping body and soul together, even meagre salaries are considered enough. The policy, by and large, appears economical in the light of financial crunch the State has been made to suffer due to wrong policies and the furies of the nature like floods, militancy etc. Yet a wise and stable Recruitment policy if evolved, rising above politics, can mitigate the sufferings of our educated youth who is sweating in queues even for marginalised salaries. Shortage of staff every where is telling heavily upon work efficiency. The Govt is, therefore, required to start a process of recruitment ensuring Zero tolerance to the slurs like corruption, communalism , nepotism and regionalism as has been the practice in the State, earlier.
Yours etc…
