JAMMU, June 6: Rashtriya Rifles battalion of Romeo Force organized picnic-sum-sports meet for school children and teachers.
The event was organized with an aim of overall personality development of these school children.
98 students and 5 teachers from schools of remote areas around Topa participated in the picnic and sports event. A sports competition was also organised during the event.
Students participated actively in the competition and were full of enthusiasm to showcase their talent.
Commanding Officer presented gifts to the participants.
The children enjoyed the outing and were thrilled with the way the event was organised for them. The teachers and students were grateful for the efforts the Army had put in and hoped that more such events would be organised for them in future.
