POC Bangladesh sails into semis

DODA, June 6: Pirates of Chittagong (POC) Bangladesh registered win over Haryana by 15 runs and sailed into semis of the ongoing All India 11th Gufran Memorial T20 Cricket Championship, being played at Sports Stadium Doda.
Electing to bat first after winning the toss, POC Bangladesh set a target of 170 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in allotted 20 overs. Yasir Ali was the highest scorer with 88 runs whileas Rajual Rajiv contributed with 36 runs.
From Haryana side, Darminder clinched 2 wickets, whereas Abhimanyu, Ramesh and Anmol shared 1 wicket each.
In reply, Haryana team failed to chase the target and scored only 155 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in 20 overs. Ramesh was the top scorer with 44 runs whereas Abhimanyu contributed with 35 runs for his team.
From POC Bangladesh side, Munir-uz-Zaman was the pick of the bowler with 3 wickets whileas Anshuman Gosh scalped 2 wickets.
Yasir Ali of POC Bangladesh was declared as man of the match.
The match was officiated by Ayush Sharma and Arif-ur-Rehman Sujan as umpires whereas Hari Om acted as scorer.
