SRINAGAR, June 15: Former Minister and Member AICC, Abdul Gani Vakil today alleged that under the RSS pressure, BJP led Central Government was depriving the J&K Government of genuine and rightful funding.
In a statement, he said that BJP was treating the J&K Government as a hostage and forcing it to adhere to divisive and compulsive ideology of RSS. “In the worst ever days, J&K never witnessed such type of fiscal problems and economic instability,” he added.
Mr Vakil also questioned the silence of Chief Minister on the series of killings at the apple town of Sopore, AIIMS, financial instability of J&K and eviction of Gujjars and Bakerwals in Jammu. “Chief Minister must clarify his position on the issues and also explain why Centre has chocked the financial aid to J&K,” he added.
