JAMMU, June 17: Jagti Coordination Committee (JCC) in its meeting at Jagti township today under the leadership of Bansi Lal Koul its chairman.
The meeting demanded immediate renovation of Jagti quarters. Expressing concern over scarcity of drinking water, it demanded immediate construction of tube well in the camp to ensure proper supply of drinking water to the inmates.
It demanded posting of teachers in Jagti school and staff in hospital besides proper supply of medicines in Jagti Hospital.
The meeting however expressed its satisfaction over the enhancement of cash relief. Meanwhile, JCC leader Vijay Koul demanded distribution of fans from block one to block 29. He said despite repeated pleas the concerned authorities are delaying issuance of fans in these blocks.
