JAMMU, June 19: J&K Sports Power Lifting Association is organizing State Power Lifting Championship on July 5 and 6 at Professional Health Club, Udhampur.
This decision was taken in a meeting of the Association, which was attended by Rajan Jain, general secretary, Vikas Bhatti and Rakesh Kumar, joint secretaries and Pikhu Sharma, secretary, district Udhampur.
Rajan Jain informed that the championship is being organized to select the players for the upcoming Senior National Power Lifting Championship to be held at Kashipur, Uttarakhand from September 8 to 13.
“Body weight shall be recorded on July 4 at Association’s office at Gandhi Nagar Jammu between 11 am to 1 pm”, he said.
