MVRWS deputation meets Bali Bhagat

JAMMU, July 2: A deputation of Manorama Vihar Residents Welfare Society (MVRWS) led by its president, Sandesh Koul, today met Minister of Forests and Social Welfare and MLA Raipur-Domana, Bali Bhagat, and apprised him of the problems being faced by the residents of the area.
The deputation submitted a charter of demands to the Minister. The demands included repair of roads, lanes and drains and improvement of water supply lines.
The deputation members also asserted for improvement of sanitation facilities. They alleged that the sweepers and other officials never bother to visit there due to which the dirt and filth remains spread on the lanes and drains.
The Minister assured the delegation that their demands will be looked into.
