JAMMU, Aug 8: In the interest of administration, the High Court has given additional charge of 13 vacant courts to the Judicial Officers of adjoining courts.
According to the order issued by the Registrar General, Kaneez Fatima, the charge of the Additional District Judge (Bank Cases), Srinagar has been given to Additional District and Sessions Judge Srinagar. The additional charge of ADJ, Anti-Corruption Srinagar has been given to the Special Judge Anti-Corruption Srinagar.
Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar has been given the additional charge of 3rd AD&SJ Srinagar court while as Sub-Judge Kupwara has been given the additional charge of court of Sub-Judge/ Special Mobile Magistrate, Trehgam.
The additional charge of courts of Munsiff Kathua, Munsiff Mahore and Munsiff Tanghdar has been given to District Mobile Magistrate, Kathua, Munsiff Reasi and Munsiff Sogam respectively. Munsiffs of Billawar, Ganderbal, Bandipora, Baramulla, Budgam and Sogam have been given the additional charge of the courts of Munsiff/Additional Special Mobile Magistrates of Billawar, Ganderbal, Bandipora, Chandoosa, Beerwah and Kralpora.
