Excelsior Sports Correspondent JAMMU, Aug 9:Rashtriya Rifles Battalion under Delta Force organized a Friendly T20 cricket match between Army and a mixed team of locals of Shankhoja, today as a prelude to Independence Day Celebrations 2015. Ayaz Ahmed, Sarpanch, Puneja inaugurated the match in presence of a number of eminent persons of Shankhoja and civil administration. A large number of locals of Shankhoja were present during the match to cheer up the teams. The match was closely contested and the New Basti team won by 55 runs. After the match prizes were distributed among the winners. The chief guest expressed his sincere gratitude towards the Indian Army for organizing such a memorable event.
