Excelsior Correspondent SRINAGAR, Aug 9: Colorful cultural programmes, skits, sports demonstrations, songs and drama performed by students of Hat Trick Public School marked its first ‘Annual Day Celebration’ today at SKICC. Over 600 parents along with their children wearing colorful dresses participated in the grand function. The event opened with the Isband ceremony by Hafsa Ashraf (KG kid) followed by the recitation of Quran. Children of HTPS passionately presented the welcome song. The tiny tots in their colourful costumes and graceful steps enthralled the audience with their various performances. The parents were all praise of the performances of the students who showed all the zeal to enthrall audience. Principal HTPS Nirdosh Soni highlighted the prominent achievements of the school during this academic year in scholastic and co-scholastic areas in her annual report. The cultural bonanza with 100 percent participation of students set the stage on fire followed by the mesmerizing fusion song. Hat Trick Public School was launched in 2013 with an aim to provide all-round development students. Speaking on the occasion, Chairman Hat Trick Public School Showkat Mohammad Chowdhary said besides providing quality education to the students, the school aims at building the overall personality of the students with other extra-curricular activities. He also announced new admission for the 2015-16 academic year. Earlier, Chairman Houseboat Owners Association M Y Chapri presented welcome address, while the event concluded with vote of thanks presented by Babar Chowdhary.
