JAMMU, Aug 12: Three days Scouts & Guides Camp concluded in the School Campus of MV International School, here today.
The programme started with “Welcome Clap” presented by the Campers. It was followed by the ‘Group Song’ and ‘Dance Drama’ which was a presentation on the recent Kashmir floods.
The Scouts & Guides children showcased various activities which they had learnt during the camp like deaf & dumb signaling, camp code etc.
S. Sehaj Singh, State Training Commissioner, Manjeet Kour, Guide Captain and Kanchan Sharma, Guide Captain were the mentors during the Camp.
On the basis of the performance, Danish Jamwal, Class VII and Aryan Sharma, Class VI were selected as Best Scouts and Tavleen Kour, Class VII and Garima, Class-VI were selected as Best Guides.
The chief guest I D Soni, Commissioner, J & K Scouts & Guides motivated the campers by sharing his experience.
The Chairman of the School, Hira Lal Abrol presented vote of thanks.
