SRINAGAR, Aug 19: J&K SRTC defeated Arfat Sports by two goals to nil (2-0), while AG’s Office XI held formidable CA &PD (F&S) to (1-1) draw in the Super Division Football League being organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA) at Synthetic Turf, here.
For J&K SRTC Irfan scored the first goal in 2nd minute of the match, while another goal was scored by Sohail in 79th minute.
In another match, CA &PD scored a goal via penalty kick in 11th minute, while, Shahnawaz pelted a goal for AG’s XI in 79th minute to level the scores.
The chief guest in today’s proceedings was Javeed Ahmad Shah, Secretary J&K State Sports Council, who was accompanied by Joint Secretary, Kashmir, Zamir Ahmad Thakur.
