LEH, Aug 25: EDP for PMEGP programme conducted by SBI Rural Self Employment Training Institute (SBI-RSETI), Leh concluded today at its premises.
A large number of candidates from different areas of Leh participated in the programme. On this occasion, a small but impressive function was organized in which certificates of participation were distributed by Director, SBI-RSETI, Leh, Yangchan Dolma.
Madam Dolma also assured them that every possible help/guidance will be extended to them for addressing the difficulties faced by them in starting/running their business ventures. A representative from KVIB was also present on the occasion who interacted with the candidates.
Dolma maintained that many more training programmes would be conducted by RSETI depending upon local requirements. She said SBI RSETI which is aimed at skill building of prospective small entrepreneurs/borrowers specially for rural youth, is unique as it is intensive short term residential self employment training programme with free food and accommodation designed especially for unemployed youth.
