JAMMU, Sept 2: The members of Students Council of Senior wing of KC Public School were administered oath of the office during an impressive Investiture Ceremony held in the School premises, here today.
The Ceremony began with the singing of School song by the School choir group.
Amarendra Kumar Mishra, Principal of the School administered the oath of the office to School Head Girl, Head Boy and various other Senior School level position holders. House Prefects were also administered oath for the current academic year.
After oath taking ceremony, badges of the office were distributed by the Principal, Senior Secondary Coordinator, Kiran Gadroo and House Masters of Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh and Poonch Houses.
Ansheka Rana and Animesh Rohmetra were appointed Head Girl and Head Boy respectively for the academic year 2015-16. Garv Bhargav and Mitakshara Chaudhary were given oath of the office as School Cultural Captains.
Sunpreet Singh and Rushaili Mengi were appointed School Sports Captains, while Ananya Sharma and Nausheen Manhas took oath as School Literary Captains.
Anushree Mishra and Nauman Parvez Kamlak took oath as Vice Head Girl and Vice Head Boy respectively. Alice Singh and Medha Bhat were appointed Vice Cultural Captains and Kritika Sharma and Japandeep Kour took oath as Vice Literary Captains.
Namandeep Singh and Garima Sharma were conferred the office of Vice Sports Captains.
The Programme was coordinated by CCA Coordinator Shobna Sethi.
In the concluding speech, the Principal congratulated the members of the Students Council.
