ADCSA asks cadre to be ready for Sept 15 protest

JAMMU, Sept 7: Jammu Kashmir & Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association (ADCSA) today appealed the clerical cadres to participate in the protest demonstration to be held in front of Divisional Commissioner office, Panama Chowk, Jammu on September 15, against State Government’s failure in removing the pay anomalies of the cadre.
While addressing the clerical cadre, ADCSA president, Ravi Singh Bhau condemned the anti employees and workers policies of the State Government which after reaching a numbers of agreements has failed to concede the just and genuine demands of the clerical cadre and compelled it to come on the road once again.
Bhau appealed the State Government for removal of pay anomalies of  the cadre while granting the pay scale of Rs 4000-6000 to Junior Assistant, Rs 4500-7000 to Senior Assistant/Jr Statistical Assistants and Rs 5500-9000 to Head Assistant/Statistical Assistants etc notionally with effect from January 1, 1996 and Monetary with effect from February 19, 2003 or be ready to face protest on September 15.
