CAREER ABACUS awards certificates, medals to meritorious students

JAMMU, Sept 13: Career Abacus, Roop Nagar Centre, a leading Abacus Teaching Institute awarded certificates and prizes to its meritorious students in a function held at the Centre, here today.
Sat Sharma, MLA, Jammu West Constituency was the chief guest and Yudhvir Sethi, Sr. BJP leader was the guest of honour. Director Career Abacus, Arvind Sharma, Centre Head Roop Nagar, Aakanksha and other staff members received and gave a warm welcome to the chief guest and the guest of honour.
The welcome address was extended by coordinator of the Centre, Arti Bedi.
The Centre head informed the parents about the various steps taken by the institute for the welfare of the students and other activities added for the children.
A demo of little kids was conducted by Divya which left the audience spell bound with the speed and accuracy of the kids. The parents were highly appreciative of the quality of education being imparted by the Institute.
Director of the Institute, Mr. Sharma in his brief address highlighted the importance and benefits of CAC Course which has helped thousands of students. He informed the gathering that Career Abacus has been imparting this world class concept in Jammu for the last 6 years.
He said that Abacus not only helps in improving the arithmetical skills but it improves the memory, listening skills, imagination, creativity, self reliance and above all self confidence of the students.
About 64 certificates were awarded to the students of different stages of their Abacus Program called “Career Abacus Champ”. 26 gold medals were awarded to the students who had scored 100% marks in their Stage exams.
Chief guest was highly impressed by the demo of students and stressed upon parents to teach this kind of skill to each and every child. He blessed the children and prayed for their bright future.
Vote of thanks was presented by the Centre Head of Roop Nagar branch, Aakanksha.
The students who won gold medals for scoring 100 % marks were Akhil, Nikhil, Havish, Kris-hna, Mareesa, Aahivritak, Amisha, Vihaa, Silvy, Paras, Akshaj, Shashwat, Vaibhav Bakshi, Palak-sha, Raghav, Dhananjay, Krishav Pargal, Abhi Khullar, Aayat, Amrita, Shshank and Harshita Chouhan.
The certificates and medals were awarded by the chief guest, guest of honour, Director, Career Abacus and Centre Head.
