AIBCU submits memorandum to Jugal Sharma

JAMMU, Sept 14: A deputation of AIBCU under the leadership of Prof Kali Dass during a meeting with  MP Jugal Kishore Sharma submitted a memorandum with a demand to raise the issues of State OBCs demands in the State Assembly ensuing on October 3, 2015.
The demands were regarding enhancement of OBC reservation from 2% to 27% by adjusting reservation of RBA / ALC horizontally under Art 16(1) of the Indian Constitution, enhance creamy layer from 4.5 lac to 6 lac, renew the OBC certificate after each 5 years on the basis of income certificate and only one OBC certificate instead of two meant for State as well as Central services.
Besides a request was also made to the MP to arrange a meeting of OBC deputation with  Prime Minister  Narendra Modi for which  MP assured for the same at the earliest.
Others who accompanied the deputation were  Sandokh Chand, Kishore Verma, Raj Kumar Kashyap, Joginder Kumar and section of Vishwakarma Sabha, Vijaypur, Master Sain Dass and Rajinder Kashyap.
