Ravi Nandani becomes singing champion in Talent Hunt competition

AKHNOOR, Aug 23: Ravi Nandini of Army Public School Akhnoor became champion in the singing event of the Talent Hunt Singing and Dancing Competition, organized by the Crossed Swords Division, under Operation Sadbhavana, here.
Seeta Kumari of KV 2, Akhnoor was declared runners-up in the singing event, while Gaurav Sharma of APS Akhnoor bagged the second runners up trophy in this Grand Finale.
Meanwhile, Sudha Pawa of KV 2 Akhnoor  bagged first place in dancing event, while Preeti Pawa and Raj Nandini, both from Government Girls Senior Secondary School claimed the runners-up and second runners-up trophies respectively.
The prizes to the winners and runners-up contestants were distributed by the chief guest Brig AK Verma and the selection jury, which included MS Jamwal and JR Sharma.
Speaking on the occasion, Brig Verma said that the competition provided a platform to the youth of Akhnoor to show case their talent and skill.
