JAMMU, Sept 17: The Jammu and Kashmir Amateur Kabaddi Association is holding the trials for Sub-Junior National Kabaddi Championship for Boys and Girls from September 18 to September 20, 2015 at Green Field Gandhi Nagar from 4 pm onwards, here.
General Secretary of the Association, Kuldeep Kumar Gupta has directed the affiliated units/districts/clubs of the Association to send their registered players for trials on the said dates.
Mr Gupta has advised them that without registration of players with State Association no one will be allowed to take part in the trials.
The trial will be conducted under NIS Kabaddi coaches Ankush Gupta and Anil Sharma of J&K State Sports Council..
“The eligibility for participation in Sub-Junior National is that the maximum weight and age for boys is below 50 kgs and below 16 years and for girls it is below 50 kgs and below 16 years,” Mr Gupta said.
Anil Gupta, president of the Association said after the trials a coaching camp will be conducted.
