BHALESSA, Sept 24: In order to provide the financial assistance to widows, Educational Environmental Social Sports & Cultural Society Bhalessa in collaboration with 26 RR Sohanda Battalion, organized a function in Gayassia Model School Changa.
The function was presided over by Chairman of the Society Mohd Ayoub Larger, whereas Yadov JCO 26RR was the guest of honour.
About 85 widows of the area without any color and caste were given financial assistance and warm blanket. Rs 50000 and 110 blankets were distributed among the widows of the area. It is mentioned here that Society has executed Orphan and Widow welfare trust 10 years ago and is providing financial assistance to widows, Scholarship to orphan students and marriage assistance to orphan girls.
Mohd Irfan, Secretary Anjuman-e-Islamia Bhalessa delivered lecture on charity and its role in upliftment of drown trodden Section of the Society.
Chairman of the society thanked the donators and commanding officer 26 RR Sohanda batalian S Bhardawaj for providing the blankets for the widows.
