JAMMU, Sept 30: Upender Pachnanda, IFS, Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests/Director State Forest Research Institute, retired today after 37 years of service as Forest Officer.
Starting his career as ACF in 1978 he served in various capacities in the State Forest Department and its different wings.
