JAMMU, Oct 3: With a view to strengthen the fraternity of fitness enthusiasts of Jammu, KC Sports Club, Jammu organized ‘Bench Press’ Competition at its State-of-Art Gym, here today.
43 competitors participated in the Competition in the air conditioned Gym fully equipped with Cybex machine imported from USA.
Ashutosh Mahajan was declared the winner as he lifted 120 kg, whereas Anil Suri and Rudar Sharma lifted 110 kg and 100 kg respectively.
Ashutosh won gold medal, while Anil and Rudar claimed silver and bronze respectively.
