APS Udhampur organizes Grandparents Day

JAMMU, Oct 10: Army Public School, Dhar Road organized ‘Grandparents Day’ with pomp and show, here today.
The day started welcoming grandparents by greeting them on the entrance followed by putting “Tilak” by the tiny tots of the school.
A colourful programme was presented by the students of classes Ist to Vth.
The grandparents were taken to the era of 60’s to 21st century.
A grand fashion show followed by the glimpse of Indian Cinema was heart throbbing. Musical play presented by the students which enthralled the audience.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, DDC Udhampur appreciated the efforts presented by the tiny tots with the team of teachers.
He said Army Public School, Dhar Road will be adapted by the Municipality Department, Udhampur for upbringing and upgrading the masses of the district for cleanliness drive.
School Principal, Ramma Raina presented the vote of thanks.
