Dogra law College organizes students rally to Mubarak Mandi

JAMMU, Oct 12: Dogra Law College organized a rally to Mubarak Mandi, in which large number of students took part.
The rally was flagged off by Chairman Gulchain Singh Charak, Secretary Samar Dev Singh Charak and Director Law Prof KL Bhatia.
Students marched holding aloft the banners, flash cards and slogans on the need for Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and headed towards Mubarak Mandi.
The students were accompanied by Director Law Prof KL Bhatia and faculty members including Dr Komila Aggarwal, Sumiksha Razdan, Pavita Kiran Badyal, Etika Gupta, Rupali Subash, Sunil Sharma, Nawdeep Singh Sen and Physical Instructor/Director Sports Manjeet Singh.
Earlier, a clarion call was sounded by enthusiastic and motivated students of Dogra Law College for Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
Addressing the gathering, student representatives Radha Sambyal, Abha Khullar, Subah Zutshi and Mohammad Aqib Aslam voiced their views on the significance of cleanliness drive.
Prof KL Bhatia, Director Law in his address shared his anguish over the dilapidated condition of heritage monument, an epitome of Dogra culture and Dogra heritage and Legacy like Mubarak Mandi Palace Complex.
Chairman, Dogra Educational Trust, Gulchain Singh Charak, highlighting the contemporary necessity of uplifting the harmonizing culture of the State, which is the crown of India and which denotes a bouquet of three distinct cultures as an amalgamated entity.
