JAMMU, Oct 17: The Management of ASN Higher Secondary School, Channi Himmat, Jammu in collaboration with Shivalik Branch, Bharat Vikas Parishad conducted Inter-School Quiz Competition in the School premises, here today.
Two teams from eight reputed institutions participated in two categories of Quiz Competitions- Senior Level and Junior Level.
Ritesh Kapoor, Administrator of the School presented the welcome address and said that the motto for organising such competition is to highlight the potential of the students and to provide them exposure in the field of general knowledge.
MLVerma was the Quiz Master for the competition, while R K Dhar was also present on the occasion.
After the tough competition, winners were declared in each category.
In Junior Category, Heritage Public School stood first by securing 90 marks, while ASN.Hr Secondary School bagged second position by securing 83 marks and Army Public School stood third position by securing 79 marks.
In Senior Category, Modern Public School stood first by securing 103 marks, Heritage Public School stood second by securing 101 marks and A.S.N.Hr. Sec. School stood third by securing 76 marks.
The chief guest presented the trophies among the winners.
Trishla Gupta from Bharat Vikas Parishad and Vandana Trehan from host school presented the vote of thanks.
