Udhampur, Oct 31: Army Public School Dhar Road hosted Northern Command Inter APSs Debate Competition both in English and Hindi.
The participating schools included APS Udhampur, APS Dhar Road, APS Akhnoor, APS Rakhmuthi, APS Srinagar and APS Nagrota.
The chief guest on the occasion was the Principal of the school, Ramma Raina. The prominent educationists who were present there to make judgments where the judges were the eminent faculties of various schools and collages of the city.
After a tough competition APS, Udhampur bagged the winner’s trophy in English and APS, Dhar Road in Hindi.
The Ist runners up trophy in English was bagged by APS, Nagrota while in Hindi Ist runners up trophy was picked up by APS, Srinagar.
The second runners up trophy went to APS,Dhar Road for English whereas APS Akhnoor clinched the second runners up trophy for Hindi. The best speaker’s trophy in English was lifted by APS,Srinagar and for hindi best speaker’s trophy went to APS, Dhar Road. The best interjecter’s trophy for English went to APS,Srinagar whereas the best interjector’s trophy for Hindi was bagged by APS, Akhnoor.
