Kerala to take on Karntaka in Postal Football final

SRINAGAR, Aug 28: Kerala will lock horns with Karnataka in the final of the All India Postal Football tournament at Bakshi Stadium on Wednesday. Kerala defeated West Bengal in the semi-final while the Karnataka team got the better of Uttar Pradesh in their semi-final tie.
In the first semi-final match, Kerala defeated West Bengal 3-1 while as in the second semi-final Karnataka defeated Uttar Pradesh by two goals to none. The play off match for determining 3rd and 4th position will be played at Bakshi Stadium at 8: 30 am. The final match will be played at the same venue at 3 pm.
The final match would be followed by valedictory function, Abdul Rahim Rather Minister of Finance & Ladakh Affairs will be the chief guest.
