JAMMU, Nov 4: To enhance the vocabulary of the children and eliminate the stage fright a ‘Show & Tell competition’ was organized by Delhi Public School, Jammu for the students of class II, here.
Thirty three students participated in the competition with great enthusiasm and zeal.
Aayat Fatima and Katyani Pandotra stood Ist, Vamika Parmar and Madhvi Sharma bagged second place and Mugdha Gupta and Jagrit Rajpal shared the 3rd position.
The competition was judged by Veena Kumari and Anuradha Anand.
Ruchi Chabra, Principal DPS Jammu and Meenu Gupta, Headmistress said that the purpose of holding such competitions was mainly to teach young learners the public speaking skill and help them gain confidence.
