Srinagar, Nov 17: Three persons were injured in two separate road accidents in Anantnag and Bandipora district of Valley, police said Tuesday.
A police spokesman said a tipper bearing registration number JK03D-7091 driven by Jahingir Ahmad Sofi collided with a motorcycle at Pulkhen Crossing in Bijbehara area of Anantnag district, resulting in injuries to motorcyclist namely Khursheed Ahmad Dar and pillion mate identified as Mohammad Ismail Dar. “Both the injured were shifted to Sub District Hospital Bijbehara for treatment wherefrom Mohammad Ismail Dar was referred to SKIMS Soura Srinagar for further treatment,” he said, adding a case has been registered in this regard.
The spokesman said a Motorcycle bearing registration number JK15-3084 driven by unknown person hit and injure a lady pedestrian namely Raja Begum at Shilwat in Sumbal area of Bandipora district. “The injured was shifted to SKIMS Soura for treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard,” he added.
