MENDHAR, Nov 18: Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Mendhar, Thakur Sher Singh during surprise visit to BDO office Balakote, Primary Health Centre Dhar Galoon and Sub District Hospital, Mendhar today placed 13 employees including a Medical Officer under suspension.
Official sources said that the SDM first paid surprise visit to the office of Block Development, Balakote and found six (6), employees under suspension for being unauthorisedly absent from duty. He sought explanation from the BDO and stopped the salary all these employees.
Those suspended are Senior Assistant- Mohd Bashir, Computer Operator- Sourabh Sharma, Saidullah and Kouser Akhtar – both Helpers, Noor Ahmed Khan- peon and Mohd Yousuf-Chowkidar.
At Primary Health Centre, Dhar Galoon in Balakote, the SDM found Medical Officer Dr Samina and Staff Nurse Safina Naz absent and placed them under suspension.
Thereafter, he moved to the Sub District Hospital, Mendhar and conducted inspection. He found five employees unauthorisedly absent from duty and placed them under suspension. The Medical employees against whom action was taken are: Lab Tech- Altaf Hussain, X-Ray Tech – Irfan Khan, Lab Tech- Rift Parveen and Staff Nurses- Ruchi Sharma and Nargis Taj. The salary of all these employees was directed to be with held.
The SDM warned the Govt employees of Mendhar Sub Division to maintain maximum attendance in their respective offices/ places of postings or get ready to face action.
