JAMMU, Nov 21: Police booked the owner of a restaurant for storing crackers illegally.
As per police sources, on specific information regarding suspicious activities being carried out by school and college going students, police team from Bagh-e-Bahu police station conducted raid in Apple Restaurant at Bye-Pass Road. The people in the restaurant got aware about the police raid and fled.
During the raid, police recovered 10 bundles of crackers, which the owner of the restaurant namely Sonu had stored illegally.
A case under FIR Number 86/15 under Section 188 RPC has been registered against the owner of the restaurant at Bagh-e-Bahu police station and manhunt has been launched to nab the owner of the restaurant, who also managed to escape from the spot.
