JAMMU, Nov 25: In order to listen to the grievances of people of Gobind Nagar, State vice president BJP, MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA) Along with BJP MLC Surinder Ambardar toured the areas of the locality and witnessed the problems being faced by the residents of the area. Senior officials of JMC (Jammu Municipal Corporation) X-En Pramod Sharma, social and political activists and people hailing from all walks of life accompanied both the leaders during their visit.
In a press statement issued, Sharma and Ambardar said that an extensive tour of the area was conducted in order to check which works are to be taken up in the upcoming time so that basic amenities could be provided to the residents of the area which were neglected under the rules of previous Government in the State.
“Present State Government is committed to provide every possible help to the residents of Jammu and the same has been witnessed if we see the developmental works in the Jammu West MLA Sat Sharma said.
Ambardar also extended his gratitude to Mr Sharma for taking up various works on priority of the Gobind Nagar where large populace of displaced Kashmiri Pandit community reside and further added that BJP is committed to the development of all sections of the society with utmost keenness and dedication
MLC also assured the residents that he will contribute from his CDF in order to complete all the pending works of the Locality
Sharma stated that he has planned extensive tour of all Wards of Jammu West where developmental works are to be taken up and he promised to the residents of his Constituency that under his tenure, Jammu West will definitely bloom as a model Constituency.
The MLA also urged the concerned officials of JMC to take up construction works of lanes in the area as soon as possible in order to avoid inconvenience to the masses.
Both the Leaders also paid their obeisance at Ambreshwar Mandir where Varshik Hawan was being held by the Welfare Committee of Sector 2.
