JAMMU, Sept 4: Neha Pandey of KV No 1 Udhampur won gold in the Under-19 girls javelin throw, while Areech Sharma of KV Sunderbani claimed gold in Under-14 80 meters hurdles. The 4×400 meters Under-17 relay race gold went to KV Jyotipuram.
Meanwhile, Sapna Tiwari of KV 1 Udhampur has been selected for Nationals in 400 meters U-17 girls event.
AS Gill, Offg DC KVS-JR was the chief guest in the valedictory function, who distributed medals and certificates among the winners on the occasion.
He expressed satisfaction over the organization of the meet and congratulated the winners.
