JAMMU, Dec 19: MLA, Jammu East Rajesh Gupta today kick started the laying tile work at Kali Janni Ward No 7 which will be completed at an estimated cost of Rs 3.50 lakhs. The residents and business men of the area termed the decision of the MLA in initiating the work in one of the most highly frequented lanes of the city.
Residents of the area present on the occasion said Rajesh Gupta is taking keen interest in the development of the area. They promised full cooperation to him in all the programmes of BJP.
The MLA was accompanied by senior BJP leaders Bansi Lal,Gulshan Mahajan,Surinder Anand, Dalip, Girdhari Lal, Prof. Shyam, Ravi Singh, Ashwani and Rajinder Gupta besides R.K Koul an officer of JMC. The MLA gave on the spot instructions to the officer to accomplish the task in record time
Rajesh Gupta while speaking on the occasion said that we have completed the black topping of the roads in record fast time. Jammu East Constituency is a high density area with maximum foot fall and we will ensure the commuters in the area do not suffer any inconvenience.
Rajesh Gupta said that taking a cue from Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mission of nation building he has launched a programme of development works in his Constituency.
The prominent who accompanied the MLA included Jagjeevan, Ram Lal, Balbir, Sachin, Manmohan, Sanjay, Rajesh, Gopal, Amit, Nischal and Hari Om.
