MENDHAR, Dec 23: Justifying the protest in different parts of the Mendhar constituency over NFSA, Member Legislative Assembly (MLA) Mendhar Javed Rana said that this is an autocratic decision as the Government is intentionally putting the people in trouble by implementing this law in the State.
He added that despite claim and assurance from the Government that NFSA would benefit the public, the people residing in different areas of the Mendhar constituency are staging protest demanding revocation of NFSA as they know the consequence of this Act.
He said that the State Government should focus on its promises made during the elections in Jammu and Kashmir.
He added that PDD has failed to provide regular power supply in the area for the past over one week and demanded immediate restoration of the power supply.
