JAMMU, Dec 24: In I-League 2nd Division Under-18 North Zone Football Competition 2015, which is in progress at Ludhiana Punjab, Lone Star KFC defeated Minerva Football Club, Punjab by one goal to nil (1-0) and qualified for 2nd round of this Competition.
The lone goal scorer from Lone Star FC was Asrar, who netted it in 29th minute of the game. The team was coached by Satpal Singh of J&K State Sports Council and AFC ‘A’ Licence Coach.
Asrar emerged the top scorer of the tournament with 6 goals to his credit. The second round will be held in March/April 2016.
