Sarveshwar drubs United CC in 3rd Jammu Tawi Premier T20

JAMMU, Dec 19: Sarveshwar Cricket Club defeated United Cricket Club by 51 runs in the ongoing 3rd Tawi Premier League T20 Cricket Tournament being played at GGM Science College Hostel ground, here.
Batting first, Sarveshwar Club scored a decent total of 15 runs in the stipulated 20 overs. Rakesh Sharma was the top scorer with 45 runs, while Rajit contributed 38 runs to the total. Pankaj also chipped in with 31 runs to the total. Yasir, Farooq and Majid claimed one wicket each.
In reply, United Club bundled out for 1oo runs in 18 overs, thus lost the match by 51 runs. Majid, Farooq and Rayees contributed 21, 17 and 16 runs to the total. For United CC, Raman, Vijay Dogra and Manjit claimed 2 wickets each.
The match was officiated by Saleem-Ur-Rehman, Sandeep Manchanda and Vinod Kandrya.
In toorrow’s fixture, I Tech New Star will take on RCC Srinagar, while Krishna CC will face Raja Cricket Club.
