JAMMU, Jan 20: SPMR Commerce College and GGM Science College registered convincing victories over their rivals in the ongoing Inter-Collegiate Cricket Tournament, being organized by the University of Jammu at Varsity ground, here.
In the first match, Commerce College defeated PG Arts by 9 wickets. PG Arts scored 108, while Commerce College chased the target in 13.5 overs by losing one wicket to win the match 9 wickets.
In another match, GGM Science College defeated ASCOMS by 5 wickets. ASCOMS scored 82, while Science College chased the target in 12.3 overs by losing 5 wickets, thus won the match by 5 wickets.
The matches were officiated by Saleem-ur-Rehman, Suresh Singh, Pankaj Sasun, Vijay Dogra, Raj Kumar Bakshi and Manu Khajuria.
