The inhabitants said that the power curtailment of long duration has become a routine affair in the area for last some time with the result people are facing many hardships in this chilly weather. The residents of these localities said that they  face power curtailments for hours together daily when the entire area is metered fully.
The irate residents said today also when there was no news of power cut power supply remained off from 12-30 pm to 4-30 pm and then after restoring the same for one hour in the evening the power supply remained again off up to late night hours.
The residents in an appeal to concerned Chief Engineer and higher ups have urged them to look into the problem and ensure the round the clock power supply in the area failing which people will be forced to come to streets.
