HIRANAGAR, Jan 25: An election to the post of president Beopar Mandal, Hiranagar was held on Sunday in which three candidates were in fray.
Convener of Election Committee Vijay Sharma told that there were total of 292 votes of shopkeepers out of which 283 cast their votes. Neeraj Gupta got 129 votes, Nitu Sharma got 117 votes and Bunty got 34 votes and 3 votes were declared invalid.
Neeraj Gupta was declared winner.
