SAMBA, Jan 29: The burglars decamped with thousands of rupees in cash and other material in Bari Brahmana from four shops during late last night.
According to police the burglars intruded in to the Suresh Fashion Centre owned buy Suresh Kumar of Ward No 2 Bari Brahmana and decamped with Rs 10,000 in cash and a large number of jackets.
Reports said Rs 4000 to 5000 were stolen from the shop owned by Rajesh Gupta in Ward No 6 Bari Brahmana. Besides Rs 500 to 600 were stolen from the shop of Vishal Gupta in Ward No 9 and Rs 1000 to 1200 were stolen from the shop of Sanjay Gupta also In the town.
The Bari Brahmana Police has registered a case but no arrest ahs been made so far.
