Srinagar, Feb 11: Police today said a girl attempted to end her life in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district last evening.
A police spokesman said an 18 year-old girl (name withheld) who hails from Shalkote village of Panzulla in the district consumed some poisonous substance at her home.
“She was shifted to District Hospital Baramulla for treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard,” the spokesman added.
