JAMMU, Feb 11: A State level general body delegation of J&K Accounts Employees Association led by Nazir Ahmed Qadery president Secretariat Unit, Kulwant Singh of Jammu Unit and Shakur Hussain of Kashmir Unit called on Altaf Hussain Mirza Director General Accounts and Treasuries in Civil Secretariat here today.
The delegation discussed various demands with him which include review of cadre strength, regularization of incharge accounts personals, declaration of professional service, implementation of SRO 272 in toto, withdrawing of clarification of SRO 160, creation of posts of accounts personnel, release of salaries of under trainee, creation of infrastructure for treasuries of the State, redressing the issue of departmental exams, filling up of vacant posts, change of designation, removal of 18 months barrier and settlement of demands of class fourth, computer operators, clerical staff, stenographers and drivers.
Besides other pending issues were also discussed with Director General Accounts Treasuries who assured that they will be settled at an earliest.
