Dogra Degree College organizes Collage Making Contest

JAMMU, Feb 13: Dogra Degree College organized a Collage Making Contest on the theme “Waste is Resourceful and Sorrow of Earth” in collaboration with “‘Department of Ecology, Environment and Remote Sensing” in the College Campus, here today.
The aim of this event was to explore the students’ creativity.
Th. Gulchain Singh Charak, Chairman and Founder of Dogra Group of Educational Institutions was the chief guest on the occasion, while Om Prakash Sharma, Director, Department of Ecology, Environment and Remote Sensing (J&K) was the guest of honour and GD Chalotra, Environment and Soil Conservationist (J&K), Dr. Komila Aggarwal, Principal, Dogra Law College and Prerna Nanda, Librarian, Dogra College of Education were the judges of THE Competition.
The event started with the welcome address by Monika Tora, Senior Lecturer, Dogra Degree College.
Poonam Gupta, Principal, Dogra Degree College presented welcome address.
Dogra Degree College, Dogra College of Education, Dogra Law College, Govt. Degree College, Bishnah and Bhargava College participated in the event.
Dogra Degree College bagged the 1st and 2nd prize while the 3rd prize was shared by Dogra College of Education and Dogra Law College.
Navjeet Kour, Lecturer, Dogra Degree College, presented the vote of thanks.
