It is really an admitted fact that effective administration and good governance are the prerequisites and essance of a good Government. It is through good governance only that the multifarious problems of the masses get redressed through the elected representatives to whom the electorate votes for this very purpose. Ever since the Modi Government took the reins of the country, many revolutionary and beneficiary measures were taken for the people in general and unemployed youth in particular. Such schemes, if properly implemented will boost the economy of the country and this give a fillip to the standard of living of people, some measures such as ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padahao will go a long way in improving the gender ratio abolishing interviews for some posts will become hassle free for less influential people. Similarly the scheme of self attestation will, to a great extent, lessen the complicacies of the general people especially the unemployed youth who have otherwise to undergo much trouble to approach a Gazetted Officer to get the documents attested to be submitted to the concerned authorities, especially in backward and far flung areas, where generally gazetted officers are not available. The people have to move to cities causing themselves financial loss. It is fervently hoped that such more public friendly schemes will be implemented to make the masses prosperous.
